Built around you

We use advanced tracking and recovery technology to give you peace of mind.

Approved recovery providers use tracking technology and recovery teams to locate and secure eligible stolen or hijacked vehicles.

If your vehicle is not recovered and returned to you within 14 days of reporting it stolen, you get a refund of your current calendar year's subscription fees.

You deserve a clear answer to “what happens next?” Our Warranty sets out that promise before you need it.
A clear answer
Before you accept or pay, your written quotation shows both fees: the once-off Application and Verification Fee and your monthly Subscription Fee. It also shows the VAT treatment, total price and agreed Valu’Bag benefit limit.
Your vehicle must use the approved recovery technology and integrated recovery service arrangement designated by Val’Utility for that vehicle, installed and kept in working order. A separate tracking or recovery service—even with the same provider—does not substitute for this arrangement. Val’Utility funds the approved recovery technology, initial call-out and standard installation. The technology remains Val’Utility’s property.
No. Payment alone does not activate your Warranty. We must accept your application, and both initial fees must clear: the Application and Verification Fee and your first full monthly Subscription Fee. The approved recovery technology must be installed, tested and activated. Your Warranty starts only after these requirements are met and Val’Utility has confirmed your Start Date in writing.
At application, your vehicle must have a recognised Retail Value and be recorded on eNaTIS as Code 1 or Code 2. Other product eligibility criteria also apply. Code 3 or higher vehicles do not qualify for new Warranty events.
The Warranty includes an eligible current-calendar-year Subscription Fee refund and a Valu’Bag benefit, subject to the qualifying conditions in your customer agreement. The subscription refund covers eligible Subscription Fees received and cleared for the affected vehicle from 1 January of the theft or hijacking year to the reporting date. It excludes the Application and Verification Fee and any unpaid, failed, reversed or already refunded amounts.
The recovery Warranty does not pay for repairing or restoring the vehicle, or for replacing missing parts, accessories or contents after theft, hijacking or recovery. This does not limit rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may cancel at any time by recorded notice, with no cancellation penalty, minimum subscription commitment or technology cost recovery charge. Choose your cancellation date, which may be immediate; we will confirm it in writing. Fees already properly due remain payable, and unused prepaid amounts are handled as the law requires.
Benefits are suspended after your paid-through period expires while payment remains outstanding. You have 30 calendar days from the unpaid due date to pay before termination. Cleared payment before termination restores benefits only for future events. Payment-processing error protections and mandatory rights apply. See our Cancellation Policy or contact support for help.
A technology fault affecting recovery capability suspends the Warranty from recorded detection until the fault is repaired, the technology is tested and reactivation is confirmed in writing. We notify you promptly and arrange corrective work. Suspension does not invalidate an otherwise eligible benefit arising before the suspension or remove rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
An error or delay caused by Val’utility or its payment processor must not, by itself, suspend or terminate your Warranty or remove your benefits if you supplied correct banking details and a valid mandate, had sufficient funds available when payment was due and otherwise met your payment obligations. We investigate and correct the error, notify you and allow a reasonable opportunity to complete any payment still due.
